You can create new folders, upload and dispatch logos, as well as work on incoming requests. If you would like to provide a customer with access to his logos, you can grant him access rights. He sees only the folder which was created for him, he cannot upload or delete logos or create new folders. But he can send logos and work on incoming requests. Therefore your co-workers, associates in the graphics studio or business agency are users. Your customers are customers.top |

Was passiert, wenn der Verantwortliche für ein Logo gerade nicht da ist?Even though logo requests are only sent to the person in charge of a logo, all users and other access-authorized persons can work with incoming requests. This means that, while a co-worker is on vacation, you may decide to have a look more often at the logo detail pages which he or she normally works on. At present we are also working on a system which previews in the folder where there are open requests. |
