I never needed anybody’s help in any way.

How will my logo arrive?
Your logo will arrive as a clearly structured E-mail, containing download links to all formats, bundled by purpose. If there is a logo manual available, it will be added, too. The downloads expire 24 hours after the E-mail has been sent. During these 24 hours, the receiver may download anything he needs. Format by format, or all as a Zip-archive. |
Why will downloads expire? How long are they accessible? The expiration 24 hours after the logo sending is a security mechanism. It prevents logos from being available for simple download (by forwarding the download link, for example). If one receiver misses the download period, he can request the logo again with one click.
|
Where can I choose, which format will be sent? One main feature of Logobay is, that not the sender, but the receiver is able to choose the format of the logo he needs. He knows about color modes, pixels and vectors, and not the client. The client decides just which logo to send (Green? Black? With caption?). And the expert chooses whether it’ll be PNG or EPS.
|
Why didn’t get the receiver an E-mail-notification after I sent the logo?Although we have put much affords to correctly set up our mailserver, it might happen, that the receiver’s E-mail client decides to declare Logobay deliveries as junk. Please ask the receiver to check his junk folder. If it’s not there, his mail service provider might have to check his settings. |
I’m getting logo requests with odd content. What can I do?We are using industry standard spam/junk mail filters. If something goes through, please mark it as spam in your logobay-inbox on the logo detail page. If the errors continue, please contact us and we will take care of it. |
