Can I add my logo to the login screen?We are working on several tools which allow the user to freely customize his Logobay layout. This will include a color scheme and individually tailored logos. Right now our focus is clearly being placed on perfecting the core functions. If you would like to emphasize other add-ons/extensions, please post a request in the Feature Request Forum. |
Can I upload my own CSS?The ultimate customizing of the Logobay layout using an individual CSS is reserved for our first-class customers. If you can get along alright with the given number of folders and projects, then we suggest that you wait for our upcoming updates (see above). If not, read on below. |
I need more folders/logos. What can I do?If you have made use of all 25 folders already, then we can upgrade you to our “Big Agency Plan”. By doing this you have access to unlimited folders and logos, you can superimpose (via CSS) your own design over Logobay and the Logobay trade mark will disappear completely. But that means paying a monthly fee. Please contact us if you are interested – we look forward to your inquiries. |
Can I merge accounts into one single account?If you would like to combine several Basic Accounts into a Big Agency Plan, we will gladly take over this work for you. If you only would like to combine several Basic Accounts, then you can role up your sleeves and do it yourself. |
Can I transfer my account to someone else?You can only transfer the account to users who are already registered with us. If your successor does not yet have an account, then you must create one. Go to your settings and select the corresponding link “transfer account”, then enter the new owner of the account. |
